This policy explains how Fall in Peace handles information and the choices available to you. “We” refers to the operator of this app.
Game progress and settings
You can play without creating a game account. Scores, gem balances, unlocked characters and themes, audio preferences, language choices, and other settings are stored in the app's data on your device. The current version has no operator-run account system or cloud-save service. Your device's system backup may include this data, depending on your settings. Deleting the app or changing devices may result in lost local progress.
Advertising and privacy choices
When advertising is enabled in your version, the game uses Google AdMob for banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch. Ad availability may vary by version and region. The advertising service may process IP addresses, device and app information, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad impressions and interactions, and performance and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service maintenance. IP addresses may be used to infer an approximate location. The game does not request GPS-based precise location permission.
We use Google's privacy messaging service to obtain applicable privacy choices and request ads according to its consent status. Where available, you can manage these choices through Settings → Ad Privacy. Whether this entry is required depends on your region and the advertising service's status. iOS tracking permission is also controlled through system settings. The app does not bypass system permissions to obtain an advertising identifier. Declining personalized advertising or tracking does not necessarily remove all ads.

Purchases and restoring purchases
In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and Unity IAP. Apple handles account authentication and payment. We do not receive your full payment-card number. Purchase processing may involve product identifiers, transaction identifiers, receipts or entitlement information, and app-generated identifiers used for transaction association and fraud prevention. The app stores fulfilled transaction records on your device to prevent duplicate delivery and maintain purchased entitlements. Related services may also process purchase, device, and diagnostic information.
Restore Purchases checks eligible non-consumable entitlements associated with the same Apple account. The current entitlement removes forced ads and doubles gems earned from gameplay runs. Delivered gem packs are consumable products and cannot be claimed again through Restore Purchases. Local characters, themes, and game progress are not equivalent to purchases that the App Store can restore.

Contact, retention, and your rights
If you contact us by email, we process the email address, problem description, and attachments you choose to provide to respond to and handle your request. Please do not send payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information. Contact llimp.li@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your connection to the request or relevant transaction to protect your information.
Local data generally remains until you delete the app's data. Copies in system backups are controlled through the relevant system settings. Advertising and payment services retain their records and process data in locations, including across borders, as described in their policies and subject to applicable law. Deleting local data does not automatically delete Apple's transaction records or records that third-party services lawfully retain. We do not promise that uninstalling the app immediately deletes data outside our control.
This website
Our support and legal website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the website, the hosting service may process connection and request information, such as your IP address, browser information, the page requested, and the time of access. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, or third-party fonts to this website. If you use an email link, your email is handled as described in the contact section above. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.
Minors, security, and changes
The app offers a casual game experience for a general audience. Its store age rating describes the suitability of its content. Minors should use the app with a parent or guardian's guidance and obtain their permission before making purchases. If you believe a child has provided information to us that should not have been provided, please contact the email address above.
We take protective measures appropriate to the information we handle, but cannot guarantee the absolute security of devices, networks, or third-party services.
When features, third-party services, or data practices materially change, we will update this policy and its effective date and provide notice or obtain renewed choices where required.
