These terms apply to Fall in Peace. “We” refers to the operator of this app. Applicable Apple platform terms also apply to your use of the app. For information about personal data, see our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.
Use and license
We grant you a limited license to use the app for personal entertainment. Rights in the app, graphics, audio, and other content belong to us or the relevant licensors. Except as permitted by law, you must not copy or commercially distribute assets without permission, interfere with the app, its services, or other users, or exploit defects to falsify transactions or entitlements.
The app provides a casual game experience for a general audience and does not require a game account. Refer to the age rating displayed in your region's App Store. Minors should obtain a parent or guardian's permission before purchasing. Device security, operating-system versions, and network connections may affect operation. Advertising, purchases, and purchase restoration require relevant network and platform services to be available.
Gems, cosmetics, and purchases
Gems can be used for in-app content such as characters and themes. They cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value outside the app. Earned gems, unlocks, and scores depend on local save data. Manage your device and system backups carefully; restoring App Store purchases does not restore all local progress.
The actual product, price, and currency are shown on Apple's purchase confirmation screen. No in-app purchase charge occurs without your platform purchase confirmation. Gem packs are consumable products. Delivered gems cannot be obtained again by restoring purchases. Undelivered transactions will continue to be processed after store verification, and the same transaction will not be fulfilled twice.
No Ads is a non-consumable entitlement that removes forced banner and interstitial ads and doubles gems earned at the end of gameplay runs. It does not double purchased gem packs or rewarded-ad rewards. You can still choose to watch rewarded ads for the associated reward. This purchase is not an automatically renewing subscription.
Use Settings → Restore Purchases to check the No Ads entitlement associated with the same Apple account. Cancellation, network errors, or an account mismatch may prevent restoration, and the app will show feedback. Finding no restorable products does not mean previously delivered consumable gem packs can be claimed again.
Apple handles refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com. These terms do not limit statutory refund, warranty, or other consumer rights.
Advertising and rewards
Rewarded ads are optional. Rewards are granted when the advertising service confirms that the reward conditions have been met. Closing early, a loading failure, or a network interruption may prevent a reward from being granted; the app displays the outcome. Ad content and linked destinations are supplied by third parties whose own terms apply to their services.
Availability, updates, and responsibility
We may fix problems, adjust content, and release updates. Networks, devices, and third-party services can experience interruptions. We will address purchase-delivery and game-operation problems within reasonable limits, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
